Payment
Please place your order by phoning 0400 747 618 or email us info@magicstarfish.com.au. We will forward a tax invoice for your accounts department. We accept Credit and Debit cards, Paypal, Cheques and Direct bank deposits. Your order cannot be packed and shipped until your payment has been received and cleared by our bank.
Delivery
To ensure your kits are received in time for your workshop, we require you to place your order a minimum of 2 weeks before your scheduled workshop. We cannot guarantee that you will receive it on time if this period is shortened. Experience with couriers has shown that delays may occur which our outside of our control.
Returns
The team at Magic Starfish carefully check and package all your items before sending them out. In the unlikely event that a faulty item escapes our attention, please action as follows: We request that you contact us via email immediately after receiving your order. Please include the following information in your email. Details of the nature of the problem/reason for return. Your Name. Invoice Number. Product Name/Code. Request for Replacement, Exchange or Refund. Faulty items must be returned in original unused condition, with all contents still intact (unused, unopened, unwashed, un-dyed). It is important to check your workshop kit before washing & dyeing as we cannot exchange any item that has been washed or dyed. Complaints regarding faulty items must be lodged within 7 days of receiving your order. A Return Authorisation Number is required before returning any goods. Replacement items will not be sent until the returned item is received by Magic Starfish in original unused condition, with all contents still intact (unused & unopened). Shipping costs will not be included in any refund. We are unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.
Missing Items
If you find any item is missing from your workshop kit we request that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via email or phone so we can send you the missing item as soon as possible.
